1. Terms and Definitions
1.1. Seller – Sole Proprietor (FOP) Luk’yanets T. A.
1.2. Buyer – any legally capable individual who receives information from the Seller, places an order, and purchases goods from the Seller on the website www.skincare-club.store for personal use not related to business activities.
1.3. Product – facial care products and related items presented on the online store website www.skincare-club.store.
1.4. Online Store – the Seller’s website located at www.skincare-club.store, created for the remote sale of goods.
2. General Provisions
2.1. This document is the official public offer of the Seller to conclude a sales contract with any Buyer under the terms set out herein.
2.2. The contract is concluded by acceptance – clicking the “Place Order” button on the order checkout page by the Buyer.
2.3. All terms are the same for all Buyers in accordance with Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
2.4. The Seller has the right to make changes to the offer without prior notice. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the website.
3. Subject of the Contract
3.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Product under the terms set out in this offer.
4. Order Placement
4.1. Orders are placed by the Buyer independently on the website.
4.2. After placing an order, the Buyer receives confirmation by email.
4.3. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms their consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection.”
4.4. The Seller has the right to cancel an order at the confirmation stage.
4.5. All information provided by the Buyer must be accurate. In case of errors in the data, the Seller is not responsible for non-fulfillment or delay in fulfilling the order.
5. Price and Delivery of Goods
5.1. Prices on the website are stated in Ukrainian hryvnias and are valid at the time of placing the order.
5.2. Delivery is carried out by courier services at the carrier’s rates.
5.3. Payment is made according to the options available on the website.
5.4. Ownership of the Product passes to the Buyer at the moment of its actual transfer to the Buyer or to the carrier (depending on the delivery terms).
5.5. International deliveries do not include customs duties or taxes of the recipient’s country.
6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
6.1. The Seller undertakes to:

not disclose the Buyer’s personal data except as provided by law
6.2. The Seller has the right to:

change the terms of the offer and prices without prior notice

cancel the order in case of violation of the terms by the Buyer
6.3. The Buyer undertakes to:

read the terms of the contract before placing an order

provide complete and accurate information for order fulfillment
7. Returns and Exchanges
7.1. In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection,” bed linen is not subject to return or exchange if it does not have a manufacturing defect.
7.2. Before shipping, each order is carefully checked for compliance and absence of defects.
7.3. The Buyer must carefully inspect the goods upon receipt, especially the packaging, completeness, and external condition of the product.
7.4. If damage or non-compliance is found, the Buyer must inform the Seller immediately at the time of receiving the goods. Only under such conditions will the Seller be able to promptly resolve the situation in the Buyer’s favor.
7.5. In the case of confirmed manufacturing defects, the Seller will exchange the goods or refund the money within 5 (five) business days from the moment of receiving the returned goods.
8. Liability of the Parties
8.1. The Seller and the Buyer are liable for fulfilling their obligations in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and the provisions of this offer.
8.2. The Parties are released from liability for partial or complete failure to fulfill their obligations due to force majeure circumstances (war, emergencies, transport blockades, actions of state authorities, natural disasters, etc.) that occurred after the conclusion of the contract and are beyond the control of the parties.
8.3. The Party unable to fulfill its obligations due to force majeure must notify the other Party within 3 (three) calendar days from the occurrence of such circumstances.
9. Confidentiality and Personal Data Protection
9.1. The Seller undertakes not to transfer the Buyer’s personal data to third parties, except in cases provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine or necessary for order fulfillment (for example, courier services).
9.2. The Buyer is responsible for keeping their personal data up to date. The Seller is not responsible for improper fulfillment of obligations if the Buyer has provided incorrect or outdated information.
10. Other Provisions
10.1. This contract is concluded on the territory of Ukraine and is governed by the current legislation of Ukraine.
10.2. All disputes and disagreements that may arise during the performance of this contract shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be considered in court in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
10.3. The invalidity of certain provisions of this offer does not affect the validity of its other provisions.
