3. The certificate with your message will be delivered straight to their inbox.

4. The recipient can either:

– choose a gift together with our manager via phone or messenger

– or enter the certificate number at checkout in the “Gift Certificate” field (near payment information)

Courier delivery within Kyiv – 300 UAH
International Delivery is calculated individually upon request via Instagram Direct.

Returns and Exchanges
Please carefully inspect your parcel upon receipt, before leaving the pickup point.
If any product is missing, damaged or defective, you are eligible for a refund.
