Payment and Delivery

Order Placement

You can place an order on the website and pay either online or upon delivery at the Nova Poshta branch.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with a tracking number. No additional confirmation steps are required.
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

Payment Methods

You may choose any convenient payment option.
Payment can be made upon delivery at a Nova Poshta branch, either in cash or by card, if you select cash on delivery.
Online payment by bank card is also available at checkout on the website.

Receipts and Fiscalization

You will not find a paper receipt in your parcel. Instead, an electronic receipt will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Delivery Within Ukraine

Free delivery to Nova Poshta branches is available for orders over 2000 UAH.
If the order total is below this amount, delivery costs will be calculated according to Nova Poshta's current rates.
This fee is paid by the customer, regardless of the order total.
Delivery is available to any Nova Poshta branch or parcel locker across Ukraine.

Delivery outside Ukraine is calculated individually upon request via Instagram Direct.

Order Receipt and Returns

Please carefully inspect your parcel upon receipt, before leaving the pickup point.
If any product is missing, damaged or defective, you are eligible for a refund.
In such cases, please contact our support team at support@skincare-club.store

Please note that cosmetic products are non-returnable in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No.172 dated March 19, 1994.
