14. AI Consultant (MIA) — Automated Messaging

We operate an AI-powered customer-care assistant named MIA across several channels: the web chat on skincare-club.store, our Telegram bot @S2CClubBot, and Instagram Direct (as the integration rolls out). MIA helps users with skincare questions, product recommendations based on skin type, order status lookups, and escalates complex or sensitive cases (allergic reactions, custom orders, complaints) to human staff.

How MIA processes your messages:

  • The text of your messages is transmitted to Anthropic, PBC (USA), provider of the Claude AI model that generates MIA's responses. Per Anthropic's commercial API terms, your messages are NOT used to train their models and are not retained beyond the request lifecycle.
  • Voice messages are transcribed by OpenAI, Inc. (USA) via the Whisper transcription API; the audio file is deleted after the text is extracted.
  • All dialog history (text only) is stored in our Supabase database (EU region, eu-west-1) for up to 12 months to improve service quality, after which it is anonymized.
  • Photo skin diagnostics use Claude AI Vision (Anthropic). Photos are processed in-request and not retained on our servers.
  • You may request a human agent at any time by typing "human" or "manager" — your message will be routed to a team member rather than handled by MIA.

Your rights regarding AI interactions:

  • Request deletion of your dialog history by emailing hello@skincare-club.store with subject "AI dialog deletion request".
  • Opt out of AI-assisted responses and request human-only service for all future interactions.
  • Request a full data export (GDPR Article 20 right to data portability) at hello@skincare-club.store.

We do not transfer data to organizations outside this list without your explicit consent. We do not sell your data to third parties.
