    Yes, we offer free delivery across Ukraine for orders over 2000 UAH.

    DO YOU HAVE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
    Yes, we deliver our products to the USA, EU countries, and the UAE.

    HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
    We deliver orders within 12 hours after they are placed on the website. Delivery in Kyiv takes 12–24 hours, and to other cities across Ukraine — 1–2 days. International delivery takes 7–14 days depending on the country and postal service.

    DOES DAILY SKIN CREAM CONTAIN UV FILTERS?
    The cream is designed to hydrate and restore the skin barrier. It does not contain SPF.

    WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DAILY SKIN CREAM AND SOFTSHIELD & HYDRATE FACE FLUID?
    The cream focuses on restoring the skin and strengthening its protective barrier. The fluid is designed for intensive hydration and helps maintain skin firmness.

    HOW TO USE THE PH BALANCE FACE PADS?
    Use the pads after cleansing. Start by wiping your face with the textured side to gently exfoliate dead skin cells. Then flip the pad and use the soft side to tone, hydrate, and balance the skin’s pH.

    IS EXCHANGE OR RETURN POSSIBLE?
    According to the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” No. 172 (March 19, 1994), cosmetic products are not eligible for return or exchange.

    If your item was damaged during delivery, has a defect, or does not match your order, an exchange is possible. In this case, please contact our support team immediately after receiving your order via email at hello@skincare-club.store or message us on Instagram Direct.

    WHO SHOULD I CONTACT IF I DIDN’T RECEIVE INFORMATION ABOUT MY ORDER?
    After placing an order on the website, our manager will contact you to уточнити details. On the day of shipment, you will receive a message with delivery details, including the estimated arrival date and shipping cost.     WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?
    Skin Care Club products are manufactured at international facilities with modern laboratories and in compliance with global quality standards. Each product is developed by Valeriia Lukianets, a dermatologist and the brand’s founder, in collaboration with leading cosmetic technologists.

    DO YOU TEST YOUR PRODUCTS ON ANIMALS?
    We do not test our products on animals and strongly oppose this practice. We follow modern scientific testing methods and work only with partners who share our values.

    CAN I USE YOUR PRODUCTS WHILE UNDER RETINOID TREATMENT?
    Yes. Our formulas are designed to support the skin barrier, soothe, and deeply hydrate — exactly what the skin needs during retinoid therapy. Ingredients such as Calm Active Oat, the PRODEW® 500 amino acid complex, and multi-level hydrating components help reduce dryness, flaking, and sensitivity.

    At the same time, keep in mind that retinoids make the skin more reactive, so introduce new products gradually and avoid combining them with active acids without a dermatologist’s recommendation.

    IS IT SAFE TO USE YOUR PRODUCTS DURING PREGNANCY?
    Our products are safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Our formulas do not contain aggressive ingredients and are enriched with components that support healthy and comfortable skin.

    However, we strongly recommend reviewing the ingredient list and consulting your doctor if you have individual sensitivities to certain active ingredients.

    If you experience any adverse reaction, stop using the product and contact the dermatologist for consultation.
